Always place your order with an actual Florist, with a physical address on their website. There are many companies that offer Big Savings, but are telemarketers or order takers only, Not Florists! A typical example would be: You order an arrangement for $50.00, the service fee could be $15.00, the cost is now $65.00. The person taking your order then wires it to a florist at the recipients local area. The florist receives the $50.00, deducts their delivery charge, usually around $12.00, your recipient receives $38.00 worth of flowers! Your savings is nowhere in sight and neither are your flowers! On the other hand, if you go to or call your local florist, the wire service charge is, in most cases approximately $11.00, you tell the florist you want to spend $50.00. The savings is $4.00 in service fees. You spend $61.00 instead of $65.00. The end result, your recipient receives the full $50.00 worth of flowers, your Happy and your recipient is Thrilled! Our store is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Saturday.
We are closed on Sunday.
Our storewill always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independance Day and Labor Day.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery charge of $12.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this charge may vary. There is a minimum purchase of $35.00 for delivery. U.S. orders must be received before 12pm in the recipients time zone, to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next day. Please call direct (804-526-9890) to inquire about deliveries after 12pm for Colonial Heights, VA and Petersburg, VA. We will make every effort to accommodate deliveries at specified times of day (ie, AM or PM), however, we can not guarantee a specified time of day due to prior business demands. There will be an additional $3.00 charge for timed deliveries. We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Delivery of orders to Rural Route address or Cemeteries can not be gauranteed. To help assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days or more prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter, Administration Professionals Week and Mothers Day.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availabity of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. During holidays, prices will increase due to demand on growers.

Our Guarantee: Fresh Flowers will be replacedif reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. Replacement of delivery items requires an exchange of the original product and will be picked up by our delivery person, at our convenience. A receipt is required for a refund and the product must be returned to our store, or if delivered, the original product will be picked up by our delivery person, at our convenience. Type of refund will be determined by the receipt, a check or credit back to your credit card account. No cash refunds will be issued.
